HOW TO USE:
Apply on clean, dry lashes. Start at the base and wiggle the wand upward to the tips. Wipe the neck of the bottle after each use and close the cap tightly to prevent drying
To remove the mascara, use plenty of warm water and gentle pressure with your fingertips, a washcloth, or a cotton round. If removal feels difficult, simply saturate your lashes with more water
