This serum will be one of the last steps in your routine. After cleansing, toning and applying any targeted treatment solution (e.g. your morning anti-oxidant or your night anti-aging treatment), go ahead and use one pump of the hydra-cool serum and smooth over face, neck and décolleté. For dry skin, use your hydra-cool serum before any cream moisturizer.
